Tenants report by link, QR code, text message or WhatsApp. No app to install and no login. Text reports are turned into a proper repair with a title, a trade category and an urgency, and emergencies such as gas, carbon monoxide, fire, flooding or electrical danger are caught first by fixed safety rules.
Every repair gets reply-by and fix-by targets, with tighter targets for damp and mould and emergencies. You are reminded before a target is due, and every step is logged with a time.
